outstanding pub and has the best smokng area in aylesbury .. all covered with heaters and tv. good bunch of locals very warm and friendly and staff all happy and on the ball

An excellent pub with with excellent features - would recommend a visit. Oh and for the record the tree was up to highlight the christmas dinners - not due to the inabliltiy to read a calendar. It certainly got your attention!!!

Was it an attempt to add some cheer and joy to this desperate and miserable looking establishment... or to *Cash-in* on the pre-Christmas trade?
No. I strongly suspect it's because no-one there can read a calendar, so put 'the Tree' up in September! Good Lord, help us all.
The only other possibility is that someone's forgotten that the smoking ban is now in force and, unlike last year, 'the Tree' can now b-r-e-a-t-h-e and will survive just a wee bit longer.
Unless, that is, one of 'Aylesbury's Finest' picks a fight with it... "oo u lookin' at needle features?"

been in a couple of times since the new management took over. No change from before. Witnessed an assault there of which the management did nothing about. Typical bad estate pub.

friendly local pub with good selection of drinks & good value food .excellent for sport & good beer garden .I have never seen trouble ;everyone seems friendly to me .visit yourself to see .
