I've had the same problem with this company.
I made the following two major mistakes:
1 - I didn't insist on a written quotation - I just had e-mail copies.
2 - I paid the money in advance.
As soon as they had their money, they weren't interested in fixing the problems.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.
