Local charity event - 9th June 2006

Hello,
I am asking for a few moments of your time to help me with a charity event to raise money for the Buckinghamshire Stoke Mandeville & Wycombe Special Care Baby Unit (charity number - 1050385 / 01296 316115).
Following the premature birth of my nephew Mason Longley, who passed away at 5 weeks old on 30th Dec 2004 my family, has been raising money to help other premature babies in the special care baby unit.
Last year we were able to buy 8 resuscitation units to help resuscitate the babies in a more controlled way and this year we hope to complete our fund by raising another £3,000 to buy a blood, gas biochemistry analyser which cost’s £15,000.
To do this we are holding a WORLD CUP Theme Charity Night again this year and desperately need help with Raffle and Auction prizes and anything else that can help us raise money at a family disco night.
Our next charity night is on the 9th of June 2006 at Aston Clinton Social Club and we hope after this event we would have reached the target!
Like wise if you can help with the Food in return of advertising that would be great too as it really helped last time!
I know there are so many worthy charities but if you helped us in 2005 - can you help us in 2006 and help us support the hospital and Mason’s memory, so we can buy them this vital piece of equipment as soon as possible.
It is coming to the end of the financial year soon and many of you will be planning your charity commitments for 2006…If you can save an allocation for us we would be truly grateful!
